Bread Storage

cropped-cropped-homepage1.jpgBest Ways to Keep Your Bread

If you don’t happen to eat your bread up right away, some of the best ways of keeping it fresh are:

¤       At room temperature, unwrapped, with cut side down on cutting board (2-3 days)

¤       In a plastic bag and kept in a cool, dry place (4-6 days)

¤       For bread that you plan to keep for more than a week, pre-slice and place in a freezer proof  bag and freeze. Or freeze it whole, then, to refresh, thaw the bread in the bag, then remove from the  bag and heat it in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
